Sammendrag
The thesis research how work inclusion is created, organized and maintained from the job specialists point of view. More precisely, the aim is to show what kind of work it entails to be a job specialist in NAV. The thesis investigate how job specialists’ organize follow-up activities and coordinate with other actors in the follow-up regime by concentrating on what they do as a result of Supported Employment and NAV standards. The purpose of this research is to show how job specialists work and how job specialist operations are linked to broader types of institutional management. Additionally, the thesis investigates how the job specialists are affected by the institutional management guidelines in terms of reducing their flexibility in decision making.
