01.01.1997* Founding by splitting
The Human Resources and Organization Section is responsible for developing the organization and co-workers to ensure long-term high-level performance and reaching set targets. This encompasses e.g. recruitment, hiring, professional development, salary negotiations, HSE and counselling the leadership of both the Ministry and subsidiary entities under Ministry management. The section also advises on restructuring, and on labour legislation, the Freedom of Information Act and the Public Administration Act internally and subsidiary entities under Ministry management.
