Change in ownership of Simula
In an extraordinary general meeting of Simula Research Laboratory AS 28 June 2010, the share capital was decided decreased from 1.5 million to 1.2 million. The amount will be applied to the repayment to the shareholders Norwegian Computing Centre and SINTEF Holding AS, with 300 000 for deletion of the owners' shares. Ministry of Education will after this own 100 percent of the shares in the company.
