Tasks:
The section takes care of the HR functions of the Ministry and is responsible for the internal personnel management, personnel policies, expertise, employee and management development, as well as internal civil and military recruitment. The section is responsible for developing the ministry's organization, including business and management processes in the new organization, labor and management methods. In addition, internal salaries as well as visits and protocol services for the Armed Forces' top civilian and military leadership, as well as programs for defense attaches accredited to Norway.
