01.01.2011* Founding by complex reorganization
The section has tasks related to the management of institutions in the field of visual arts, crafts and public space: the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Public Art (Public Art) and the Norwegian Form - also a core institution and a number of smaller institutions and organizations. The section also maintains a variety of schemes and initiatives in the area of artistic purpose. (Budget Chapters 321 and 322).
