Responsible for the act relating to the right to participate in fishing and hunting (Participation Act) and resource allocation. Fleet structure, licensing arrangements, annual access restrictions and structural arrangements. Delivery obligations. Economic and social schemes in fisheries and industrial policy issues in fisheries. Coordination of the Ministry's work in the OECD.
