Summary:
This paper argue that the Norwegian investment fund for developing countries - Norfund - take a passive approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The argument is supported by qualitative data from interviews with staff in the organisation and documents on CSR values and practices from Norfund and the Norwegian Ministy of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
