The Collection Agency for Child Support and Overpaid Benefits (formerly NAV Innkreving, “NAV Collections”) is part of the Tax Administration.

The Collection Agency for Child Support and Overpaid Benefits acts as collection authority on behalf of NAV, Helfo (the Norwegian Health Economics Administration), the Guarantee Fund for Fishermen (Garantikassen for fiskere) and a number of individual maintenance recipients. This means that the Collection Agency for Child Support and Overpaid Benefits can collect child maintenance payments and recover overpaid NAV benefits.
